Privacy Policy Laborin Mobile Application

The objective of this policy is to inform the User of the Laborin application (“User” and “App”, respectively) about the processing of personal information and data collected through the App. This Policy will be applicable to all Users. holders of the data that are collected when accessing the App.

LABORIN ensures the confidentiality of all the information that the User provides in the App (“Personal Data”), so it will not transfer, sell or assign this data to any third party, except in those cases in which this is necessary for the use and operation of the Services that are the subject of the App, or is ordered by a court of justice, is requested by Chilean State agencies, or is authorized by the User himself, all in accordance with current legislation.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, LABORIN is only responsible for the data that is delivered by the User or that is stored in the App by virtue of its use or the provision of the Services, and not for those data that may be delivered voluntarily. by the User in media not controlled by LABORIN (such as Opinion Forums or Social Networks).

LABORIN may use Personal Data or monitor the use that Users make of the App with the purpose of obtaining statistical information regarding which sections and/or contents are most viewed in the App in order to achieve a more complete knowledge of the interests and needs of the Users and to offer, expand and improve the Services and functionalities offered through the App. Likewise, LABORIN may store and use the Personal Data of the Users of the App in order to ensure and monitor the correct provision and execution of the Services of the App, send advertising related to LABORIN and for any other similar purpose.

Collection of Additional Information

The App may collect information from Users regarding their usage history of the App in order to improve the experience when using our Services. We collect the information with the use of the App, as well as using third-party services specially designed for such functions. For this purpose, we may collect the following information: a) IP Address, b) Operating System, c) App Use History.

LABORIN has implemented the following security measures to protect Personal Data:

Firewalls: We have Firewalls that protect our infrastructure from vulnerabilities and third-party attacks.
Digital Certificates: The Digital Certificates that we implement allow us to guarantee the encryption of communications between the App and the User.
Security Analysis: We perform security analyzes on our systems to guarantee that they comply with minimum security standards and good secure development practices.
Backups: As part of daily maintenance operations, backup copies of the platform are made as a protection measure against failures, loss of information and/or computer attacks.
Cloud Security: Our cloud content platform providers comply with the highest standards in infrastructure and security, which are certified by international organizations in both ISO and PCI.

Data Retention

LABORIN declares that it will keep the User’s Personal Data as long as the User does not delete his or her registration, understanding that as long as this is maintained, there is an interest on the part of the user to use the App. Likewise, the data will be stored as long as necessary to enforce responsibilities related to the execution of the Terms and Conditions of use of the App.

Express Consent for Sensitive Data

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User declares that he or she knows that LABORIN, through the App, will process personal data and sensitive personal data, expressly authorizing the processing of said data.
